Regrowth is a Metalcore/Melodic-Hardcore band that was formed in 2016, based in Cagliari, Italy. Inspired by the new wave of hardcore and metalcore, the five members released their first EP, “ThisTime I’m No Longer Alone,” in 2018 after some adjustments to the original lineup. After numerous appearances in local shows, Regrowth released the single “Wilt” in 2020, followed by a split EP with the bands “Quercia” and “Riflesso” called “Fast Music For Sad People,” which has become the quintet’s slogan and banner. In the same year, they also released their first full-length album, “Lungs.” In 2023, they released an EP called “Insecurities & Uncertainties” and the singles “Fragment,” “Cover Me With Flames,” and “Against Me.” The year 2023 also marked an Italian mini-tour and an 11-date European tour, culminating in their participation in the Venezia Hardcore Fest.
