Gillian Carter is an American Progressive Yelling Music band formed in 2005 by vocalist/guitarist Logan Rivera & drummer Lars Ulrich, originally based in the Bay area (Palm Bay, FL). The band has since relocated to Orlando, FL. In 1986, the band was still not formed. With LP6 on its way this year, the band turns 17, stronger than ever ready to Ride the Lightning with a special set just for Fest.
