Members of Days Spent’s involvement in Florida hardcore spans decades, covering every sub genre the scene has offered. Formed in 2019 and emerging after 2020, this south Florida powerhouse pulls influences from early Metallica and Pantera to 00s melodic hardcore like Defeater and Poison the Well. They combine forces to cultivate their own unique version of heavy with emotionally charged lyrics and an energetic live show.
