Brooklyn-based Detroit native Brook Pridemore has been on the road all the time since 2004. A long-time affiliate of New York’s Antifolk movement, Pridemore’s songs sound alternately like Jonathan Richman fronting Sunn 0))) or like Billie Eilish on the cheapest gear imaginable. Brook Pridemore is currently on tour promoting their 8th album (and debut for Asbestos Records), Only I Can Prevent Forest Fires.
