YOU CANNOT BOOK THESE ROOMS THROUGH THE HOTELS DIRECTLY.

Hotel Room Cancellations

ALL refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method minus 3.25% credit card processing fee for domestic orders and a 5% credit card processing fee for international orders.

Hotel room cancellations policy:

*A $20 flat charge will be applied for any changes on rooms once the room is booked.*

Before September 1st, 2022: Full Refund minus ($20 change fee)
September 2nd – October 1st, 2022 : 50% Refund minus ($20 change fee)
October 2nd – October 25th, 2022: NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE BUT YOU CAN CHANGE THE NAME ON YOUR RESERVATION FOR A $20 FEE.

Regarding Hotel room cancellations:

PLEASE ALLOW 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND. THIS MAY TAKE LONGER FOR YOUR BANKING INSTITUTION OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DEPOSIT FUNDS INTO YOUR ACCOUNT OR CREDIT YOUR STATEMENT. PLEASE BE PATIENT AND TRY TO AVOID SENDING MULTIPLE EMAILS.

EVERYONE STAYING AT THE HOLIDAY INN SHOULD KNOW: ALL HOTEL ATTENDEES WILL BE GIVEN WRISTBANDS UPON CHECK IN. THESE WRISTBANDS MUST BE WORN ALL WEEKEND. FOUR (4) WRISTBANDS MAXIMUM PER ROOM.

The Holiday Inn has to account for a number of extra features, one of which will be extra hired security who will patrol the hotel throughout The Fest 20. If they find people roaming the hotel after 10pm without a Holiday Inn wristband on, they will be forced to escort you out. This is to prevent the massive number of non-hotel attendees who were at the hotel many years ago during Fest, stirring up trouble late at night. Since we have started this rule, it has made the hotel much cooler and your stay much more of a private FEST party! You are paying good money to stay here so you would like to enjoy it right?
