FEST PASSES WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE UNTIL THURSDAY, OCTOBER 28TH AT 11:59PM EASTERN TIME! THERE WILL BE NO PASSES AVAILABLE FOR WALK-UP PURCHASE WEEKEND OF FEST!


FEST 19 has been postponed to October 29th, 30th, 31st-2021.

Passes purchased between April and July 2020 (that were not refunded) are eligible for the updated FEST 19 dates in 2021.

The official THE FEST 19 – 3 DAY PASS gets you access to all the shows officially associated with THE FEST 19 in Gainesville, FL on October 29th, 30th, & 31st, 2021. WE WILL ONLY HAVE 3,000 3-DAY PASSES AVAILABLE FOR THE FEST 19!

We expect this final batch of passes to go quickly. Don’t snail and cry later that you missed out on this epic party!!!

Price Tiers

FEST 19 passes will be sold in a tiered pricing instead of a timed pricing. Once a pricing block is sold out, the next highest price will be available. BUY YOUR TICKETS EARLY AND SAVE MONEY!!!

  • 1-500 = $150 SOLD OUT!!!
  • 501-1000 = $160 SOLD OUT!!!
  • 1001-1500 = $170 SOLD OUT!!!
  • 1501-2000 = $180 SOLD OUT!!!
  • 2000-3000 = $190 LIMITED QUANTITY AVAILABLE!!!

A negative COVID-19 test or a full COVID-19 vaccination will be required to attend FEST 19.

At registration or to pick up your single show tickets at the venue, all attendees will need to get a negative PCR Covid test no more than 48 hours prior to picking up your passes/tickets. If you can not provide a negative PCR Covid test you can show proof of a full vaccination. Full covid vaccination must have been completed by OCTOBER 14th, 2021.

Either of these options must be presented with a valid, government-issued photo ID in order to attend THE FEST 19 OCT 29th, 30th, & 31st, 2021.

REFUND POLICY FOR FEST 19 PASSES FOR OCT 29th, 30th, 31st-2021 (NEW POSTPONED DATES)

If you are unable to comply with the new COVID protocols you may request a refund by emailing Sara (festsarasvati@gmail.com). All 3-day FEST 19 passes are refundable (minus processing fees and ticketing fees) until October 1st, 2021. As long as your email is sent by October 1st you will receive the refund. Please be patient and avoid sending multiple emails. Beginning October 2nd passes will only be refundable if you provide proof of a positive COVID test. Name changes on passes are accepted until October 22nd.

If we have to cancel FEST 19 (2021) due to COVID-19 or any other reason then we will give you the options to get a refund (minus processing fees & GRACE Marketplace donation) or you have the option to carry your pass for any new postponed dates we set.

If you need a refund for any reason we can issue you a refund (minus processing fees & GRACE Marketplace donation) until October 1st, 2021.

You can also change the name on your pass for a flat $20 name change fee to avoid refunding the charges (AKA to give or sell your pass / hotel to someone else).

Please keep in mind that we have to process refunds by hand, so it takes a few days to process. Your refund will go back to the original payment method. This make take UP TO 14 DAYS for the credit card company to reflect your credit to your account. Charges will show up as Bender Biz, Inc on your statements… NOT THE FEST.

Your pass WILL NOT be shipped to you. We will take your orders and send you a confirmation e-mail that you can print and bring with you. This is your receipt. We will have your wristbands & shirts & crap ready for you at FEST Registration. YOUR WRISTBAND(S) WILL NOT BE AT THE VENUES, ONLY AT REGISTRATION HQ. YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO BRING A PHOTO ID OR PASSPORT WITH YOU TO PICK UP YOUR WRISTBAND(S)! If you do not have your confirmation e-mail, don’t worry! All you will need is your photo ID or Passport to pick up your passes.

If you miss registration check in, you will NOT be able to pick up your info or wristbands at the venues.

If you purchased single venue tickets you DO NOT need to come to registration- go straight to the venue and they will have your name on the will call sheet.
