THURSDAY, October 26th – 12noon – 2pm (Full Registration, Customer Service ONLY – NO Flea Market Tabling)

3) PURCHASED JUST A PASS TO PRE-FEST 5 IN YBOR
THEN YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR PASSES/MERCH/BAND PACKETS FOR ALL 5 DAYS AT THE YBOR/TAMPA REGISTRATION AT THE HILTON GARDEN INN (YBOR).
*Bands playing Gainesville only will not be able to pick up their band packets in Ybor.*
*Attendees who only purchased FEST 16 passes will not be able to pick up their passes in Ybor!!*
*EVERYONE MUST BRING PHOTO ID OR PASSPORT TO PICK UP THEIR PASSES and MERCH.*

FRIDAY, October 27th – 12noon – 7pm (Full Registration, Pool Party (1pm doors) & Flea Market Tabling) GA Registration and flea market located in the ballroom on the 2nd Floor of the Holiday Inn. Band & Volunteer registration located in the mezzanine on the second floor near the elevators.
SATURDAY, October 28th – 12noon – 2pm (Full Registration, Customer Service ONLY – NO Flea Market Tabling – NO Pool Party) Located in the ballroom on the 2nd Floor of the Holiday Inn
*IF YOU PURCHASED A FEST 16 PASS OR ARE PLAYING FEST 16 YOU GO TO REGISTRATION IN GAINESVILLE.*
REMEMBER: Registration will be held during these times only!!!
Everyone that is attending must first come to registration to check in & pick up their passes and merchandise purchased as well as free goodies (guidebooks, paper schedules, koozies, and more!).
*EVEYONE MUST BRING PHOTO ID OR PASSPORT TO PICK UP THEIR PASSES and MERCH.*
IF YOU PURCHASED INDIVIDUAL SHOW TICKETS THEN THEY WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU ON A WILL CALL LIST AT THE DOOR OF THE VENUE.
NO TICKETS OR MERCH WILL BE MAILED.
