James Fritz's first album, "Deflated," debuted at #1 on iTunes comedy in November 2010. He was named "Best Stand-up" by the Chicago Reader for 2011 and the Chicago Tribune calls his comedy "a seamless blend of humor, honesty and fearlessness." Some internet magazine compared him to Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash and George Jones once, but that's ridiculous. I mean, c'mon, that's just crazy. He appeared in the 2009-2012 Chicago Just For Laughs festivals and The Fest 11. Originally from Kentucky, he did 12 years in Chicago and has recently moved to LA because that's the law.
