Old Style trounces Pabst, but I guess I'll have to settle.

best vegan bites in gville are... of course the top which is across from the atlantic and two blocks from common grounds and side bar. get the corn nuggets and garlic sauce!
a new japanese restuarant just opened across from CG's and i hear it is super yummy!!!
Reggae Shack Cafe is just down university and 6th street. inbetween main and 13th. they have vegan steaks and yummy wraps and spicy good stuff.
my favorites are El Indio and Steamers (yeah! my work!) where they have Art's Tempeh. which is made organically and locally. Art tempeh is also featured at reggae shack, top, buddah belly, cafe gardens, sushi-to-go, leonardos 706 (im not sure about "by the slice" though) and a ton more.

I'm glad to know there will be guidebooks available with all this information. I'm lacto vegetarian (I eat dairy but no eggs) but I always try to find vegan food when I'm visiting somewhere, I love finding new places with vegan food to eat at.

Sunday at Wayward Council there will be a vegan brunch for $5 a plate at 11:30 AM. Cristy Roads and Travis Fristoe will also be doing a reading at this time. Do it, vegans!

There's a vegan drive through next to common grounds.
