My car ride will be getting to Gainesville at about 11 Friday morning, anyone know of a good breakfast place we can sit around and re-coup at for an hour or two?

It's one thing to be punx and rebel against corporate conglomerates.

It's another to hate on IHOP.

Try The Top across the street from The Atlantic...very good breakfast from what I've heard.

Vegan stuff too.

I'm not hating on the IHOP, they're very good. There's an IHOP right by where I live, I want to experience something I can't in Kalamazoo. It's called being cultured 'n shit

The Top only does breakfast on Sunday. The Jones is a little further out, but is a good way to go.

Jeff's Deli (one right downtown and also one further out)...

Hey hey everyone...I'm getting in early on Friday as well....10 or 11am...and while breakfast sounds good...

I'm more interested in what else will be going on in Gainesville before the Fest kicks off at around 6pm or so.
Any pre-parties? House shows? Cool places to go?

The 43rd St. Deli is pretty good. It has a great variety. And there is one on 13th street (441) not too far from downtown on NW 16th Ave.

There'll be a reception of some sort at registration...that's the afternoon before the shows. Thanks for correcting me on The Top Var...I'm not from G'ville.

nah but I used to live in Mississippi and those (along with Huddle House, which is also spectacular) are all over the place like crackheads in Detroit
