That sucks at least as bad as Grabass (or was it Billy Reese?) going up against D4 last year.
I will be watching also be watching the Chitels, so that's atleast 2 people. I wanted to see Naked Raygun so bad, but I found out we are playing with them in San Diego at a small club, so now i'm excited that I don't have to miss the Chinese Telephones. The worst part of this, is that all the Chinese Telephones dudes are bummed cuz they wanted to see them.

The Lawrence Arms and The Gaslight Anthem playing at the same time is a huge, huge, huge bummer for me.
On the flipside, being able to see Off With Their Heads and The Falcon back-to-back at the same venue will be nice.
About how far apart are the Market Street Pub and The Venue from each other?

i've now turned the schedule into an Excel document with all the venues lined up next to each other time-wise, so its real easy to see who's playing anywhere at any given time.

1982 is only a five minute walk from everything else, from what I remember. So it's not that big a deal to go back and forth from there either.
and for anyone with a soul-sucking office job, if you plug in your Fest schedule into ical (or google calendar or similar crap) it shows you what overlaps. good way to kill time/not work.

i am going to watch chinese telephones as well, cause naked raygun is playing the blank club in San Jose december 5th with shot baker and swinging utters so it will be okay if I miss their Fest set. Theres another chance for me... but as for you east coast suckers i'm not so sure! haha. I didn't have any really hard decisions to make. Sunday is a little difficult cause I want to see every band playing at 2nd st. bakery and every band playing at Common grounds but it will totally work out.
so all the venues are close together? I am so screwed if they arent. I guess my friday schedule has the most venue switches so we'll see how that goes and base the rest of the weekend around that. I think i need to find big drunk dudes to give me piggy back rides to the next venue. that would be rad.

I'll be there to see Chinese Telephones. No disrespect meant to Naked Raygun. I'm just really into Chinese Telephones right now. Great band.
