I'm really glad to see other people as excited about this as I am! See you guys there! Look for the really retarded red haired chick in the front row!
And I just finished gathering all the info I could on the UF show and put it on another board (I just joined this one a few minutes ago) but I'll put it here too:
Here's the diggity:
when: Nov 12, 2007
where: Flavet Field, University of Florida
price: free and open to the general public
line up: The Expendables, Pepper, Reel Big Fish and Less Than Jake (I have no idea what order)
time: show starts at 5pm

the only benefit of living in Orlando was back when every weekend there was some sort of My Hotel Year, Resident Weirdo, Spitvalves, and The Supervillains show.
unfortunately the villains are the only band still around =/

Where'd you hear about this? Not doubting you or anything, just wondering if there was anything on the net about this?

It's pretty bad when you need to change your name just so you can play with the cool kids again. I'll have to go with pukeonthestreet and say Rehasher would've been a better choice for sure.

i don't think it's so much a matter of 'changing the name to play with the cool kids' so much as it is, not having a blatant invitation for a swarm of non-Fest goers to consume that show and keep Fest-going extremists from getting in to see other bands they wanted to.
the problem i see is why they made it so obvious who it was. it was far from a secret...
