Wow! That's a lot of acts crammed into one weekend!
I kept it tame:
Fr: elway the holy mess dopamines meanjeans the other bands, but we were kinda just milling about. FYP Latterman
Sa: (we actually went to more than one venue) iron chic RVIVR from ashes rise max levine ensemble crusades shellshag
Su: Joyce manor dear landlord A band that was NOT night birds the front bottoms bomb the music industry
We did a lot of running around otherwise, eating great food all over town, buying records, getting tattoos, seeing alligators, etc etc.
I saw every band I planned to see save for toys that kill, but we left early to sleep. I'm a total lightweight these days. I would have seen everything if this was 10 years ago.

What did you think of Ma Jolie? I skipped out after 2 songs of Latterman to catch them, and they did not dissapoint. The sound guy at Loosey's said they were the best band he saw all weekend; I might agree. So much energy for 1:00 on Friday night. Restorations at High Dive, Signals Midwest at Laboratory, and Timeshares at Laboratory were my other favorite sets.

Just arrived home a few hours ago. Life sucks again.
Pre Fest @ Loosey's - only paid attention to Elway, Junior Battles, Blacklist Royals and Nothington (left after Nothington as I was still feeling a little jet lagged)
Friday:
Anchors One Win Choice (1 song from Cobra Skulls) The Swellers The Copyrights (2 songs by Grabass Charletons) Off With Their Heads Polar Bear Club Latterman
Saturday:
Sam Russo Tim (Elway) The last 5 songs of Iron Chic RVIVR Good Luck We Are The Union Banner Pilot (This was the most fun I have had in life. Ever.) Streetlight Manifesto The Flatliners (2 songs by Money/Paper/Hearts) Pretty Boy Thorson & The Falling Angels Captain We're Sinking New Bruises Nightmares For A Week
Sunday:
(Half of Erica Freas' set) Red City Radio (acoustic) Flatliners mystery set Dear Landlord A good chunk of Red Collar (best find of weeekend) Such Gold (Last few songs by Front Bottoms) Mixtapes (left a few songs early) The Menzingers (was planning on going to see someone else but I just didn't have the will power to see anyone else over my favourite band. Had so much fun but hoping there isn't too much video footage as my mind was lost!) Fake Problems Good Riddance A few songs by Propagandhi What was left of Frank Turner (I realise how mental I am but this was suprisingly alot of fun) Great Cynics
A little of the Holiday Inn aftershow - then I crashed.
Awesome weekend.

I saw lots, I can't remember the whole list. Stand outs were: Slingshot Dakota at Pre Fest. Restorations at Pre Fest and High Dive. Look Mexico at Pre Fest and High Dive. Dikembe at High Dive. Braid at 08 Seconds. Army of Ponch at Boca Fiesta. There was definitely a Young Livers shaped hole this year, I still wish they didn't break up and so gutted Averkiou pulled out.
