I had sex for the first time at like 19 or 20...and felt bad, and called my best friend and played harmonica over his voicemail for like 2 hours. And called my friend, (now my wife) to tell her that I loved her and I mistakenly thought having sex with a girl was a good idea. hahaha. my name is Paul. I'm from Providence, RI. some of you might know me if you toured through Providence. i run Tor Johnson Records. i also play drums in Best Practices. this is my first Fest. i normally never get the time off work, but when we got asked to play, i pulled some strings and get the time off! hope to meet you all down there. and if you have time at 3:50 on Saturday, come do some jump-kicks with us at The Lab....or grab a record from Tiny Engines at the "Flea Market".

As and outsider who only spent 3 years living there, I can confirm that sometimes, just sometimes, it is actually dull in Hull
