When tickets eventually sell out this year I have 2 x extra's for sale as my friends have had to drop out, cost price + any fee for the name change...

If they're in your name, there doesn't have to be any name changing related fees. Just pick them up for them. What's even better, have them wait in line for you then take their place as your 20 people back from the registration tables.
