Hi everybody!

I (like lots of other people!) didn't have a clue that the Holiday Inn would sell out so quickly! This will be my first Fest and I'm so bummed out about missing out on the fun! Does anyone have any advice as to whether I might be able to get a room there? Or where else is the best place to stay?

Thanks and see you all at Fest :)

Unless you wanna pay the obscene price the Hampton is charging then you have two real options. One is trying to get a room at the Gainesville Lodge which is in a fantastic location but small and I don't think you can book online (but you may wanna check that). The other is to stay in one of the hotels/motels on SW13th. Days Inn, Americas Best Value etc. They're all roughly the same price and will all have plenty of Festers staying. It's just a bit of a walk (a mile or two) to where the action is.

I'm staying at the Paramount Inn, from what I heard it has alcohol in coconut shells.

if you're willing to drive a little 5-8 miles/10-15minutes, there are a couple of hotels on Archer/i75 area too
