We finished recording with our good friend Jay Maas (Defeater, MDAM, Verse) for our new EP which will be called "Crossing Canyons", label and release information to be released soon, but we are very, very excited aobut these new songs. We are only playing a handful shows prior to the Fest due to Matt having a baby and Pat moving in with his girl. We are playing: July 27th; Phoenixville, PA at The Polish Club with Run For It!, Still Rings True, Pleasant Living and a few more July 28th; Baltimore, MD at The Sidebar w/ Younger Years, Pleasant Living, Good Graces & 96 Ghoss September 14-16 New England weekend w/ Rust Belt Lights And we are stoked to announce we are doing an east coast tour down to Fest with After The Fall/Anchors/Antillectual!!!! It will be October 16th-29th, keep an eye peeled for dates!!!! You can still check out our last full length, first 7 inch and two demo's at http://www.thestereostate.bandcamp.com or http://www.facebook.com/TheStereoState-Andy

I really really like it. Are you guys playing a date in NYC or the NYC area? We just played Brooklyn this past weekend with Gameday Regulars, really good band!. We play Albany and Buffalo May 11th and 12th, not the city though until late summer or when we tour down to Fest.

If you all ever need fillers in the NJ, NYC, or Philly area let me know. I work with a few bands, and am friends with a few as well who would hop on if they're not on the road themselves. If you find yourselves down in the Asbury Park area you're welcome to crash our couches. We're a band friendly abode, and we like to party (That goes for anyone on here). I was born in Western MA, The Berkshires. Used to compete in Holyoke for sports. That has nothing to do with anything really, just some common roots

Did you come from Canada for that show or where you in town? I hope you can come out, introduce yourself and drink a beer with me in October!
