This may be query best answered by the moderators but is anyone aware if when booking hotels (specifically the Holiday Inn), there will be an option to book multiple rooms under individual names and credit cards or will the booking have to be under the one name? If the booking can only be made using one name, will individual attendees be able to check into the room without the person named on the booking being with them at the time? Thanks!
