I booked a room Thurs-Sun nights at the Hampton that has two queen beds. Problem is, I only need one bed.

I'm looking for an individual or a couple that wants to split the room and take the second bed. I'm more likely to accept your offer if you take the room the whole weekend and you can pay me up front.

This is a great place to stay because it's Downtown within easy walking distance to everything.
