Blue Agave just opened up across the street from Double Down. I ate there tonight, and in was pretty darn good. They have tempeh on the menu, but their shipment hadn't come in yet.
rice was great beans were great enchilada sauce was great

I recommend you Cucapah's beer, they are from Mexicali and they make pretty good beers and Baja Brewing beer from Cabo San Lucas, great beers

there was some craft beer from Mexico I had years ago, and it was OK, but they went out of business.
I doubt Blue Agave is really very authentic, but it's closer to real Mexican than anything else downtown (including Boca Fiesta. I like Boca, it's just not really much like Mexican food)
I'm gonna go talk to the manager this weekend, and try to convince them to have unofficial Fest shows on their patio.

Went to Boca Fiesta a couple of years ago and it was pretty decent. It doesn't compare to the authemtic Mexican places that we have here in Texas, but it's still a good place to eat. They always play Punk Rock on the radio while you are eating haha it rules
