Our friend's accomodation has fallen through and is in need of a place to crash for the Fest. We want to offer the floor of our room to them, however we don't want to have them get kicked out by the staff on the first night then be stuck.
What are the Holiday inn staff like with having extra people come up to the room?
I'm not looking for yes or no answer because I'm sure its not a clear cut issue, but a rough idea would be good.
Thanks!

not all rooms are at capacity, i don't think. Someone would probably be nice enough to give you their leftover bands.

i'm pretty sure at registration you can just tell them you have five (the max amount) people in your room and they'll give you five wristbands.
