I am noticing some new people on the board, so introduction time?
Even though it appears I may be a Doctor named Dan, my name is David. And I work in the accounting office of a government contractor...now if that's not punk, I don't know what it is. I will be 27 or so come Fest time. I live in the Washington DC area, and I guess 8 months from now will be my 3rd Fest. 8 months? God damn. That's a long time from now.
Feel free to follow me on twitter/add me on facebook/stalk me. I think you can find those links at the bottom of this post.

Hey I'm Luke. I'm a college student in Dallas. I'm learning to be video game programmer, but right now I'm trying to figure out a viable excuse/surgery I can schedule to get off the hook for class on October 28th. Deaths may have to be faked, but you gotta break eggs I guess.

Hello there, I'm Naomi and I have a feeling that I'm the youngest person on this board. This will be my first Fest and I thankfully (for once) live in FL so I won't be making as long as a trip as some people :p
sadly I don't have a job currently so I'm saving every penny for this trip

I'm Bryne, this will be my sixth Fest.
I've been lucky enough to have a free place to stay the last few years, but that's all done this year. Gonna try (along with the rest of the Punknews.org staffers) to room at The Holiday Inn. We're rolling in deep this year.
Message boards tend to not keep my attention for very long, so feel free to add me on Facebook or follow me on twitter.

Don't worry, they're just keeping them back to release as room / ticket packages.
Edit: oh yeah, I'm Kenny from Glasgow in Scotland. This will be my fifth Fest. It's basically the centre / pinnacle of my year. My friends and I put on gigs here sometimes which keeps us going, we have a whole lot of Fest bands coming to town between now and then. The link for our collective is in my signature below if you're interested.

I'm Chason. I missed last year's Fest because I made a big move from the NC to CA and couldn't really afford the trip. It was the saddest weekend of all my days. But I intend on making up for it this year. Every face I missed will be kissed. It's been TOO LONG!

Youngest on the board? Are you like 14?

i'm clare, 22, from near manchester, england. this will be my 2nd Fest, last year being my first, where i did it somewhat in style and toured down from NY with calvinball (and arms aloft and break the habit). i'm already really excited and saving up big time to hopefully do similar travelling again from NY to gainesville with friends.
