I got a tattoo by Mike Salay at Anthem last year. Great guy, awesome experience.

Haha, that's very unlike me to not be showing it off! Crappy small picture but you get the idea.

Awesome, did it hurt by there? Had my feet tattooed for 6 hours in January and it's kinda knocked my confidence a bit because it hurt SO FUCKING MUCH.

Nah, it really wasn't anything unbearable. I've had one on my back, that one on my hip and one on the front of my shoulder and the back one was definitely the worst. The others had their moments but were generally ok.
I remember gazing longingly at your feet tatts when you were in Glasgow! They're lovely, but I'd definitely be a bit too scared to get tattooed there for fear of how much it would hurt!

My friend Mark, in Gainesville, might be able to do some tattoos. I talked to him briefly about it today (yesterday actually, i guess) but we were too busy working on my car and being Amurrican to discuss in depth about it. He's working mostly out of his house at the moment, but he's close to the festivities and is completely sterile and whatnot about it and he has really good prices. here's some of his stuff http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewAlbums&friendID=27417378And here's some shitty camera phone pictures of the work he's done on me.

The boozy dudes tattoo thing is weird. Alex emailed Ben Snakepit asking 'can you draw me a picture of some dudes drinking, with a banner underneath that says boozy dudes' to put on a koozie to sell with the zine. 1 week later - first tattoo of it (Pugs's sexy war one) and now theres loads. I just wonder if people who get the tattoo have ever bought Jerk Store, or the koozie that came with it that they have tattooed on them haha

That's #6 you've got, 7 is gonna be out in about 2 months (planning to bring a bunch to Fest actually.) The koozie was done to be out with #6 but i've got a whole bunch left cuz they're for mail-orders only, so if you buy the zine from an actual store you don't get one BUT, i'll probably bring a bunch to the Fest as well.
