Friday night 11/13 @ Durty Nellie's;

Have Gun Will Travel (CD release show)
<<great band from the Tampa area>>

The Takers
<<you know these guys :D >>

The Whiskey Gentry
<<female-fronted alt country from ATL>>

....and I think another band...Tin Heart...not familiar with them.

Do it!

Does this involve scotch being in the ale? I haven't tried any of your home brews yet Philip, so I'm interested if you are sharing. :D

Yes, for serious. But 1982 is small and I'm afraid of missing it so that's why i was shush about it... if you get my drift. :wink:

There is no Scotch in the ale, but it does used Peat Smoked malt, which is the big difference between Scotch and all other whiskys (or whiskeys). It's a dark, rich, but smooth beer, with around 8% alc.

If I had known you wanted a bottle, you would have got one. John Marburger and Janeen got bottles, and I spent half an hour looking for PJ at the end of the night to give him his bottle. Almost just gave it to Chuck Ragan.

Damn, I left right after they finished. Looked around for you for a little bit but then had to go.
Maybe next time. I'd still really like to try it out.
