I wanted to eat grub from you... but the line was too long at the time. You are my Gainesville regret.
Yours truly, K80

I ate there Thursday night before the Panthro show. I got the goat, it was delicious, but had a lot of bones. And a side of corndog, minus the dog.

My friend and I got there about an hour and a half before OWTH to get some grub, we were sat immediately and they took our orders right away and stuff, but an hour later we still hadn't gotten anything, and we waited until we had 10 minutes before OWTH went on to no avail. I think they forgot us or something. So we told her we had to go and not to worry about it, just tipped her for the beers that we got. I was bummed though cause the food I saw on the other tables looked really good, missed the first couple songs

Long still, slightly better than last year, but worth the wait I think.
Luckily I went in on Thursday before the 1982 pre show and it was empty, so my food came really quick.

Four of us went in there on Friday evening, got seated straight away, ordered and had food within 15 minutes. I had goat. it was stunning. The end!
PS: And my mate Gavin fell in love and wanted to marry the oriental looking waitress.

Flaco's was my eating establishment of choice, to the point that the girl on the till enquired if I'd eaten anywhere else during the weekend. (Clearly she's not familiar with Five Star.) But hello, combo bowl.

I went to their grand re-opening in late summer and stuffed my face with all kinds of food (for free)
I think you could close your eyes and point to anything on the menu and win.

"Reggae Shack" was also the name of an excellent song by the Body Electric. (May they rest in peace...)
