Hey guys, my name is Jake Misanthrope and I have a solo project called Caulfield Rebellion. I will be hitching up to the Fest with my guitar,my ticket, a dollar, and a sleeping bag. I am known in Miami for playing street shows and was wondering what are the best streets to play, when would be the best time, and if anyone would be interested in playing with me. On a side note, my friend is a documentary student at UM and will have a whole crew filming the Fest, he would also record the street show, so yeah. You could be on the same video as, say, BTMI! or Defiance,Ohio, or any other band at the Fest cuz hes gonna record anyone he can. Please message me back.

Ok so right now it looks like the show'll be late saturday night after all the shows, 1:30-ish, either around boca fiesta or the thomas center. If you are in a band/have an acoustic guitar and would like to play just reply, the more the merrier, but if it ends up just being me, hell I'll still be out there. Bring beer, contraband, bikes, anything and lets make this fun as hell.

Ok, so heres the information: The show will be at the Thomas Center (302 NE 6th Ave) it's a park. The show will take place after all of saturday's shows are done at 1:30 AM. Once again, anyone who wants to play, just tell me. I will be taking names of bands who want to play til saturday. Remember you will be recorded, and it will be fun. So go forth all of y'all and let's make this awesome!

Why don't you just bring your guitar to the acoustic park show on friday night!?

I'd love to, but isnt that show filled up? If it aint, sure I'd play there too, but I mean the more late night acoustic shows the better am i right?

When did a bunch of folks sitting around in a circle listening to one guy play an acoustic guitar become not the lamest thing in the world? Should I bring my djembe?

And also, Stressface will still be playing at the Kickstand at around 1:30ish for those of you that still like rock and roll.

Ok, well first of all who says we'll be in a circle? We could play in a triangle, square, rectangle, dare I say it? A rhombus, but will probably just end up in a shapeless blob of drunken awesomeness. But, anyways the show should last a while, right now it's Chicken Little (Who are awesome btw), Caulfield Rebellion (me, who will be awesomely inbriated) and I sent out a couple invites. Anyone else who hasnt got a house show or anything, please reply or pm me or something and you can play. Also on a sidenote, the lamest thing on earth is, and will forever be, watching anything on MTV.
