come back to FL in December for the best oranges. But there should be billboards for fruit places along I-75, if you're coming up from Tampa.

I get about 1000 oranges off my tree every year. Any band I see in December or January will get a bagful if they want.

I grew up in an orange grove, literally. There were 13 trees in our yard. I hate FL oranges/orange juice because of it. True story.

But yeah, there are citrus stands off the interstate all over the place. Do some google searches.

thanks for the info! we'll be in gville as of the wednesday, but going down to sarasota/tampa for the day on thursday, so we'll keep our eyes peeled for billboards. google didn't turn up much.

the farmers market downtown will probably have oranges, and thats on wednesdays, and there is always lots of other awesome stuff there!
