Assuming it's already on the interwebs, right click the photo and choose properties, then copy the address (URL / location / whatever).
Then post [img*]address / URL / location whatever[/img*] but take out the asterisks.

This is me in Cambridge a couple of weekends ago a little bit pished - I'm now the proud owner of said umbrella!!
