Kenny wrote: So there's a new Hampton Inn opening? The one I can find just now is SW40th Blvd, which is pretty far out, isn't it? Yeah, that's pretty far! The new one is going to be near 2nd Ave & SE 1st Street (don't have exact address) here's a picture - http://www.gainesville.com/article/2009 ... nd-in-JulyIts only 3-4 blocks from Common Grounds. Also, For people looking for quiet, between the shitstorms - don't forget about this: http://www.zenhostel.com/Its about 6 blocks from Common Grounds (sort of middleground between The Kickstand & CG) -- I'm sure it will fill up fast.

Oh, interesting. Hamptons are Hiltons, right? We got a great deal on a Hilton that had just opened in Manhattan last time we were over, that might be an option.

You and Sarah are welcome to use our spare bedroom for the week, btw. And spend more $$ on merch and beer.

Cheers, very kind of you to offer! There's quite a big gang of us this time though, including some first timers, so I think we'll probably all just pile into the same hotel. But no doubt we'll come round and visit!

Haha. "Hi Janeen!" "Uh oh." It's going to be great basically having the whole week, totally looking forward to some non-frenetic not-having-anywhere-to-be Gainesville pub time.

Definately going to look into that, sounds ideal! Not particularly up for the walk out on SW13 this year and can't afford to go for the Holiday Inn right now.
