Kenny wrote: 3 UK dates, all of them on the south coast of England? Really? Who the fuck is booking it? I didn't even know about it until now otherwise I'd have tried to sort a Ktown gig. Where are they playing, Southampton, Pompey and Brighton!!??? Well thought out indeed!! EDIT: OK ignore this post, I just checked the dates on the myspace. Kenny mate I know you live in a different country but last time I looked Brixton wasn't really what I would call south coast! Plymouth seems an odd choice given the fact that the only other date is Exeter though!

sorry You will be! (I don't know how.) haha as a booking agent I first wanted to write - touring UK? barely hospitality, shifty promoters, no accomondation - they can stay in the US to have that... but I know there are promoter that are different and the crowd as well just often frustating to book the UK but I'll be at the berlin show

We just took Shot Baker on a 15 date UK tour, their first time outside of the US and they have no record released out here and are only known through word of mouth and they had a fantastic time. Not all the shows had great turnouts but we were all looked after very well by almost all the promoters in terms of food, accommodation and being made to feel welcome. Sure we weren't getting put up in hotels and treated like kings which I've heard is sometimes the case in mainland Europe but they're not fucking rockstars anyway!

Ask Jan from Yo Yo about his UK experiences (especially Glasgow ).
