Skatepunk36 wrote: Yesterday evening I had the total Fest feeling again, was at the Death is Not Glamorous show here in berlin, who are currently on tour with The Riot before and more or less surprisingly Bridge and Tunnel opened the night.. fucking great package - and awesome shows by all three bands... I sort of felt that way at the last D4 show. I was standing there, drinking my Sparks with some fellow Festers who just happened to be at the show, and Mikey Erg walked right past me...I was confused as to why he was tooling around the crowd, until he was on the stage singing and playing guitar in his new band Psyched to Die. Didn't even know about any of that. Needless to say, they were great (in a very un-Ergs kind of way.) Good show all around.

It was a bit like that when we put on Bridge and Tunnel and OK Pilot recently - there was only a couple of Festers other than me there but it was just good boozed up vibes all night, one of the most enjoyable gigs we've done in a while.

A disturbing portion of my waking hours are already filled with thinking about all the awesome coming up in 6 months.

Yup, lots of good shows happening this summer in Chicago. Best part about living here, really, as opposed to Milwaukee. Thing I'm looking forward to the most?

Okay, were officially at 200 days after the Fest. I think it's neat, I've never seen a since countdown go this long.

I wish I could fly out for this! Make sure you catch Shot Baker and if you happen to talk to them say hi from me and tell them England is missing them already!
