So, I know we all love punk rock, otherwise we probably wouldn't be here. But what else do you guys listen to? I'm asking cause I just rewatched a documentary on Chiptunes, and that's what I'm listening to right now. I also listen to a lot of ska, and smatterings of indie rock/indie whatever, and sometimes some jazz...I also like video game OSTs cause I'm a dork.

Mostly besides what you'd expect I listen to a lot of 80s music, electronic stuff, metal, and country. If you like Gram Parsons and want to see an awesome documentary watch "Fallen Angel: Gram Parsons": http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0414971/Watch Grand Theft Parsons sometime soon-ish afterwards and you'll realize what absolute shit it is. Well, if you're a fan of Gram's.

My taste is all over the map. Punk, hardcore, lots of country and indie rock, some metal, ska, hip hop, new wave, glam, etc.

I used to listen to a lot of styles in the past, meanwhile I'm pretty much only listening to punkrock, melodic hardcore and ska/ rocksteady... instead of listen to total other music, I'm meanwhile rather into different styles of sk or punk I used to not like..

I love my Bluegrass XM station. I'm having a hard time deciding if I'm getting rid of XM or not, just b/c of that station.
I really miss my Fungus channel!

I thought "old wave" was something else, the only time I've ever heard the term was in reference to the sub-genres of music played at goth/industrial clubs on dance night. although there are some new-new wave bands, like the Polysics. and more, but I'm blanking.

Ha, I guess it is just like how the definition of Emo changed. It was a good thing/good music in the 90s. In Gville anyway.
