yeah, Eric Waresheim, from the show "Tim And Eric Awesome Show Great Job" and the highly underrated "Tom Goes To The Mayor" was in the Philadelphia punk-goth-posthardcore band Ink And Dagger.

I vote for half-fests. Fest 7.5 should be going down April 24-26 or May 1-3. That would rock.

According to the ad in the Official Fest Schedule...
Harvest Of Hope Fest, March 6-8, 2009. St. John's County Fairgrounds, St. Augustine, FL.
Against Me!, Bouncing Souls, Smoke Or Fire, Tim Barry, This Bike Is a Pipe Bomb, O'Pioneers, Grabass Charlestons, Ninja Gun, Environmental Youth Crunch, Fake Problems, Cheap Girls.... and many more to be announced. Music, art, film, camping, beer.
Hopefully it's a warm weekend, and hopefully some more awesome bands get announced soon.

I'm not driving to St. Augustine just for Smoke or Fire and Tim Barry. Even as good as they are.

I camped in 29* weather on Friday night and only a few degrees warmer on Sat night and I survived. And I hate cold and am a big baby about it.
So, who cares if its warm?!

For the record, Cheap Girls told me both in person and later in email that they are playing Harvest Of Hope Fest, the rest were listed in the ad. So far, the only bands that make me wanna buy a ticket are O'Pioneers, Tim Barry, and Cheap Girls. Som eof the other I would like to see, but either will see them another time for sure, or they're just not enough to make me go on their own.
If I can catch enough of the other bands at non-festival shows around that time, I'll probably skip, but I am wanting to see a fuller line up. Also, if multiple long distance Fest Friends come down, that makes me more likely to go camp out all weekend.

for me it comes down to I'll probably not be doing anything else important that weekend, camping with friends is awesome, and it's for a great cause
that and I didn't get to see Cheap Girls at The Fest
