Let them know they're heavy as balls, and I find that very very appealing.
I want them to play a show with the entire band set up and playing on my face, but it would have to be epic enough that I'd have no face left when all was said and done.

I didn't list any bands that played this year, but Sakes Alive is definitely up there.

bands from this year I want to see again-
Cheap Girls
Scouts Honor
No Trigger
Screaming Females
How Dare You
Sakes Alive
Austin Lucas
Hour Of The Wolf
Protagonist
there are a few bands I saw that I do want to see again, though I'd rather see them in a non-fest setting
Chris Wollard & the Ship Thieves
Paint It Black
Able Baker Fox
Lemuria
The Ergs!
Leatherface
and of course all the bands I missed...

Attack In Black
Glass and Ashes
Ceremonial Snips (well, just "The Snips" now)
And you know who else would be fucking awesome?
Sage Francis
I saw more than a few people with SF shirts on at the Fest. I don't know if it's completely out of reach, but I could see him doing it.

agreed with yours, I've never heard the snips though, I got sage's e-mail if you want to shout him a holler about it, I'd also like to add Frenzal Rhomb to the list, because they'd be all too appropriate for Fest

I would love if there was a rap showcase at The Fest.
Sage Francis
Murs
Lyrics Born
Lateef The Truthspeaker
Grand Buffet
Astronautalis
Dalek
Brother Ali
actually, I'm really surprised Grand Buffet has never played The Fest, it seems right up their alley.

A million thumbs up on the Rhomb. I would love to finally see them live, but from what I've heard, they aren't doing much these days. Not like that's ever stopped a band from playing the Fest though.
Philip, do you like Busdriver or Cadence Weapon? Throw them on that list, I say.
