It's been a few weeks since I checked back here, but thanks to those for checking it out.
It's really weird because I'm an older dude in my 30's who has been going to shows for around 15 years and Syracuse is quite a different place than Florida. It rules here, but it's a much different mentality overall. I've also been to a lot of fests in different cities over the years with varying degrees of enjoyment.
At this point it's easy for me to get jaded about shows and fests and so on and I have to say The Fest was one of the best events I've had the pleasure to check out in a long time. Despite how crazy it looked like it was going to be (what with bouncing from one venue to the next to see all the bands I wanted to see and do all the things I wanted to do) it actually worked out well.
