i decided to start this thread to get the really funny, or longer stuff that goes beyond a best/worst of list...

Sunday Morning:

Even though I am sleeping in my own bed, I still have problems sleeping so I'm up in my room watching the Office on hulu trying to fall back to sleep at around 9 am. Halfway through the episode one of the guest staying at my places walks into my room and informs me that he attempted to take a piss but unfortunately the toilet refuses to flush... i am bummed.

After a couple of unsuccessful attempts to plunge(r) the toilet back into working order, I realize its time to head to Wal-Mart and buy one of those snake things...

As I'm walking into Wal-Mart, I forgot that I'm still in Full-Blown Fest-Mode.. and as I walk in the twenty-something greeting girl looks at the 15 wrist bands I have on and the HUGE cut i have on my forehead and exclaims: "Jeez, I need to go clubbing with YOU!"

I knew that my friend Nicole from Chicago was coming down, and I was looking forward to seeing her...

(pause)

At pre-Fest I met a kid name Matt from Milwaukee. He was cool, we hung out and continued to run into one another all weekend. At D4 he informed me that I "dated his fiance for three days." A bit confused, I asked him who he was engaged to...at which point he exclaimed that it was my friend Nicole!

I later ran into Nicole again at BTMI and we had a good laugh about how Matt thought he was better friends with me than Nicole was.

Small fucking world.

i fucking love matt! we met last year at the atlantic and hung out at the prefest this year.

We're supposed to hang out soon up here. I'm pretty stoked.

since the hotel didnt have a hottub, we filled up the bathtub with hot water and soap and lounged in it forawhile. what we didn't think about was that when you get in the water level rises, so after both of us got in the tub overflowed and there was a good 2-3 inches of water flooded on the bathroom and the whole carpet was soaked.

Besides meeting a whole bunch of you guys, I met the girls from No People and communicated in broken Japanese and English before they said they were going to line up to see The Arrivals.

I met some other Japanese guys on and off throughout the weekend, and when Bridge and Tunnel was up next one of them was all stoked and kept saying he was gonna record them on his video camera...never actually saw them though.
