Yeah, every time I answer my phone people are confused and don't think it is me. STILL waiting for my voice to fully return from singing, yelling over music and the smoke.

I have the exact same thing. I've downed like a gallon of cough drop-like things to ease the pain... not working yet. and my nose is like a broken sink faucet.

I have never really gotten Fest aids. I just always get home and spend a few days coughing up the air from inside the bars. It would be cool if the sounds came with it.

mainly I was just sore, my feet are entire brusies and I have a black eye and a purple lip that is quite comical looking... its all healing now and i wish I would have taken a picture. But somewhere in the middle of the day yesterday I started getting sick. and now I have a full on cold. I'm sure it was just a slow release of the Fest aids. Or maybe cuz I didn't stop partying until last night... ughhhhh

can't wait for next year!

I don't know if this is Fest aids or just the shock of being in sunny gainesville for five days and coming back to new england. But I can't breathe out of my nose and I'm coughing up some awesome shit.

I've had a sore throat, lost voice, headache, and stuffiness for the past couple of days.. but I'm back on my strict regimen of vitamins and cod liver oil so this shit shouldn't last too much longer...

I take back what I said. My sore throat has become full blown Fest AIDS! Complete with ever worsening sore throat, cough, and all the aches and pains I can handle! Some from the AIDS and some just from Fest itself...

Ugh!

Still though, totally worth every cough!

I had my first day back at starbucks yesterday and I was just coughing everywhere. My manager decided I could not make drinks or work the register, so I was just doing lobby slides for an hour before he decided to send me home. Which was GREAT obviously!

Everyone was majorly confused and/or disgusted when I explained that I had the Fest aids. haha.

I can't talk and my sinuses are messed up. Fest Aids 08 strikes again.

I woke myself up by coughing uncontrollably after 4 hours of sleep this morning. Yaaay!

Post-fest, My bf is having an allergic reaction every time he coughs. He now has narcotics, an inhaler and antibiotics.

Somehow I got off easy with no symptoms whatsoever.
