I will miss it - especially the yard/deck. But, I'm only moving 1 mile away.
We are ready to try out living in sin...and Mark owns his house.

you said its available to rent for 1-2 people.. since its a 3br house does that mean there will still be 1 person living in the house when you move out?

No, the house will be empty. I think the landlord prefers just 2 people. I'm sure she could be talked into 3 people.
The 3rd bedroom, which is the purple room in the pictures, is tiny. The bedroom I live in is a bit bigger, but still on the small side. The biggest room (the blue room) is massive and has that built in and is completely unfair - that person pays more, currently!

appreciate it! My lease will be over, but I'm just trying to help my landlord out, b/c she is awesome.
She came over with her newborn to snake a disgusting Fest toilet mid-weekend. It looked like the scene straight out of Trainspotting.

She's had a few bad experiences with having dog owners there.
I have 2 dogs and they are awesome, but it was a unique situation and I don't think she is going to be flexible on the no-pet policy for anyone else.
