Fuck you people, I'm about to go out in a sweatshirt and my leather and I'm still gonna be cold. Try walking the streets of downtown Chicago on a windy day October through April, then talk to me about cold. I say got-damn!

i've lived in Florida my entire life. When I go visit my family in Michigan or Boston you would think i'm a eskimo how I dress in the winter..

My bedroom was just especially cold this morning, I missed my first class because the combination of 7:30AM and coldness just made life seem insurmountable.

Yeah, yeah Northerners, but we live in FL. I grew up near Orlando, never owned a jacket or gloves or a scarf. Moved here and its effing cold.

I'm looking forward to getting in the car on Thursday all cold and brutalized by the Chicago wind and getting out on Friday morning in some humidity. My girlfriend is gonna kill me if I keep saying, "It's gonna be seventy this weekend . . . in Gainesville" and then laughing like a jackass.
Seriously, you Floridians - quit yo' bitchin'.

I love the whole argument about what's cold and what's not between north vs. south people. My aunt, who lives in Michigan, married a super nice guy from Gainesville. He moved up here and really I don't think he knew what he was in for. On days where our whole family has like a sweatshirt on he will decked out in the sweatshirt/winter coat combo and not shut the fuck up about how cold fall is in Michigan. I like him even if he never stops bitchin. Plus he's my only family connection to Florida or Gainesville. When I told him about going to Fest last year, he had no idea that anything like that happened there and had never heard of No Idea. Oh well.

i'm from WI, and live in Gville. I love it here, but it's too hot for me. Though I think I am getting used to it more and more each year.
I'm going to hate to leave Gville, but there are just too many other places for me to live.

It will be below freezing at my place tonight so I imagine Gville will freeze this week too. Been a long time since we had a really cold Halloween weekend.
