PJ said that if it stays active after The Fest then he'll keep it open though.

I like that it closes. Because when it opens again you know it's that time of year. Kind of like if Xmas season was all year round, you wouldn't really care. Bad example, I know. The board at NationalUnderground.org was created as a kind of Fest off season forum if you're that into it.

That's a good point.
I would liken it, maybe, to when spring training comes around. It's only a matter of time before that sweet, sweet baseball season starts?
Maybe I'll register over at nationalunderground.org. The guy added me on myspace and seems like a pretty solid dude

the month after the Fest, its still going... with everyone sharing their tales of debauchery and well eventually it dies down, and then its closed till about 4-6 months left till the next one (depends when they start announcing the details of the next one)

This is the first year that there have been multiple sub-forums, and also more moderators, keeping down the spam.
dwindling traffic, plus increasing spam has been the reason it closed in the past, seems like this year it could keep going.

PJ was stoked with the forum this year and said he'd keep it up if there were mods that were willing. I said yes, as did a couple others.
I'd just like it mostly to keep the meet-ups going at local shows all year. I've made some awesome new friends

I hope he keeps it up.
I would mod the shit out of this board. I may not have many posts, but I was voted 'most likely to moderate a message board' in my high school yearbook.
