My preparations took a turn for the uh, unprepared when I decided to just go out for a curry for the little swiss'eds birthday.

We're flying out midday on Tuesday, I literally can't contain the excitement. I'm gonna be sat on the plane the whole time wondering if anyone else on the same plane is going to the Fest too!
It's amazing how much shit there is to organise before I go, I'm so unorganised. Went out yesterday and spend more money than I should have on useless crap, huzzah! |

Me and 2 others are flying out Tuesday morning. London to Detroit, Detroit to Orlando, then drive Orlando to Gainesville. Still need to sort out a place to stay those two nights but then we are Holiday Inn. It's gonna be insane.
Changing some money today was deeply depressing. |

Haven't changed up any money yet and probably wont be able to until saturday at the earliest, its clearly going to drop even further which is rubbish. Also, hi towely! |

To those heading to Orlando on the 8:50, what time you checking in? I have to get a night bus to Ealing then the tube from South Ealing to terminal 4, once it's opened up at around 5ish.
Cant wait. Argh. |

Dear UK Fest Boarders,
So I'm going to leave in a 2 hours to get a bus from Cardiff to Heathrow. Then a plane to chicago. I was in work at 6.30am this morning so it's basically going to be like 36 hours or so until I get to a bed, I guess I'll sleep on the plane. My 'to do' list was non existent, I packed in 20 mins and have been drinking beer and eating fish and chips (goodbye Blighty) just waiting around the house watching shit TV and listening to the Arrivals. Oh and saying sayonara to my 2 cats. My girlfriend is stressing the fuck out but she actually cares what she looks like, I guess. I got a couple of mobile texts from Alex (Greg Graffins sex face) who got to Orlando yesterday. Here they are: 'Just Got the Little train to the baggage claim in orlando, and i'm standing nest to kumar! I eyeballed him good, he blatantly knew i knew!  '
and 'Just got my stressface tattoo and bought the new D4 album on LP..Best Day Ever! Hurry up and get here dude, I want to party, text me when you are in Chicago!' So there you go, he's living the dream. Anyway, I've wasted enough time trying to pass the hours until I go for a trip. I get to Gainesville on Weds 5pm. We should all get fucking drunk.
