as cans nearly totally disapeared here in the last years, due to high deposit and environmental reasons, so Dosenstechen (= would translate as can stabbing) disapeared, so you either have the beerbong here or the so called Rockwurst (=Rock-sausage)

basicly you need a bigger flexible tube (normally the ones for aquariums from a hardware store) that fits over a bottle neck and a smaller one... you cut in a hole in the big one close to the one end, put the small one in (that should be long enough to reach the end of the bottle) and ready...

same system like with the straw, the air gets to the bottom of the bottle thru the small tube and shoots in your mouth thru the big one..
