Seems like there is a boatload of people traveling to and from Orlando/Gainesville/Tampa, but just in case I can't score a ride, how is Hitchhiking in Florida? Can you do it on the interstate highways?
I'm trying to get from Orlando (arrive at 5:30pm, Wednesday) to Tampa to catch some of the Wednesday pre-fest show. I reckon 3-4 hours to hitch to Tampa, catch the last bit of the show. Am I way off?
