i'm fuckin dying man. I went out and got lambasted shit-faced, woke up the next morning without being able to breath properly, think clearly, or walk a straight line. I'm hoping this is going to help my immune system get in shape for the drinking extravaganza that is the Fest. It also gives me time to test what is going to work and not work for feeling better. So far pseudo-ephedrine, therma-flu, emergen-c, and smoking isn't working. I'll be trying a different regiment tomorrow.

Yeah I'm in the same boat right now, Tuesday morning I woke up all fucked up feeling, I've got a bad cough and a headache and a runny nose. I'm on zyrtec and dayquil. I still have to come into work though because I used my last 3 PTO days for the year for Fest

I think I'm getting it now. Better now than Fest weekend like last year. PBR is decent cough medicine though.

I think I win. I managed to fracture both my elbows two weeks ago. BOTH. And I'm still flying over for this fucker. No fist-pumping for me!

This is terrible since I have to spend all my time off this website studying for my FE exam.

so get this. The last couple times i've gotten sick i've taken sudafed out of our medicine cabinet. Everytime i was getting sick, i was also getting horrible cases of the shits. I just figured that it had to do with my sickness, or maybe sudafed was just upsetting my stomach. I find out this morning from my roomate that somehow, unbeknownst to her, the sudafed box wasn't actually holding sudafed, but "gentle laxative".

So not only have i not been taking the stuff that usually makes my cold symptoms go away, but i've been taking laxatives, making me shit all day long.

Needless to say, she was in tears she was laughing so hard this morning. I think i've been set up.

I've been loading up on cod liver oil (immune system health) and getting tons of sleep lately.. I refuse to get sick before/during Fest!!

There's got to be some kind of DC area funk going around. I dont know one person who isnt sick right now.
