Saw lots of smiling Fest boarders and the No Idea crew. Just about everyone was out. Lot of hugs!

Sorry you had to go home Mackenzie. Hope the crew gets better soon.

Nice meeting you on the phone Mike(from AZ)!

Jeremy, your Dad is pretty much awesome. Really impressed by him shooting the show!

I got a text on the way home that I missed an amazing after-show show in the parking lot. I HAD to leave. But it's OK, I got my fill. Still downloading photos now, including a private shoot with Austin Lucas where we snuck off during the show. Would have shot Tim also had he and I got talking about it earlier. All those guys are such absolute sweethearts!

I do hate that I missed Idle Idylist, was hoping to hear it. That's been my theme song for months now.

Hope the outdoor show didn't cause any problems with CGs and that new apartment complex. That would REALLY suck. They've done so much to limit excess sound outdoors.

Those shots your Dad took Jeremy, put a BIG smile on my face. I see my best friend front and center singing. Where do I see more of his photos? I'm going nowhere near Facebook.

I'm on here so late because I'm STILL getting back to normal after my insane day of getting only 5hrs sleep and hours of driving a huge truck and boat trailer around for hours all over rural FL. Mayo and back to Branford anyone?

in a much more sober review of the show, wow was that a really great show. ben nichols and chuck ragan played some pretty good sets. i'd kill to have either of their voices.

the "parking lot" portion of the show actually happened on the other side of CG from the apartment complex, behind what used to be the "Motherlode". it was all acoustic instruments, so the noise was not a problem.

it was something awesome to be a part of.

when i went down the road today to pick up some dinner, i spotted a flyer for the show and decided to pluck it off the "flyer post" and put it up in my room :)

the closest we got to this in tampa was Tim Barry playing a couple tunes in the crowd because of mic/stage problems.

any word on some Rumbleseat collaboration on any shows that Chris Wollard played?

overall september's been pretty sweet for shows....

I read in some interview that Chris had to drop off the shows he was gonna play in Orlando and Jacksonville. Of course like in 99% of those types of interviews, pretty vague reasons. But I saw Chuck run up and hug him last night.

WTF? It's been long enough, people. Post up videos of Gaineville or Jacksonville so I can reminisce already.

Just kidding with the indignance. But I don't own a digital camera and I can't figure out how to get pictures or video off my phone. I want to find myself in video from the little set outside Common Grounds to tally up my cool points.

i think it would be great if someone tried to buy PBR at The Atlantic with scene points
be completely serious while doing it just to see what reaction you get

Go one better and bang up some posters

'PBR $1.50 or 25 scene points'

'Offer only available to persons with at least one tattoo/item of clothing containing a Jawbreaker reference'

by the end of the Fest everyone would've drank all their "scene points" away

Another message from Virgil Dickerson of Suburban Home:

Chuck, Ben, and Tim record "Revival Road", post FREE MP3

I got an email from Chuck yesterday stating that they just recorded a song while on the Revival Tour. The song, “Revival Road” was recorded at Adorea Studios on 10/12/08, Engineered and mixed by Travis Bell in Hamden, CT. The song features playing and singing by everyone on that leg of the tour which included:

Chuck Ragan
Ben Nichols
Tim Barry
Frank Turner
Digger Barnes
Jon Gaunt
Todd Beene

In Chuck’s own words, he says, “Check it out. Post it wherever. Give it away, live and let live!” So we’ve posted the song on our site and want everyone to download, share, and burn it; Enjoy. And if the Revival Tour is coming through your neck of the woods, make sure you go see the show. We have gotten nothing buy overwhelming praise at how great the shows are. I am going to see both the Ft Collins and the Denver dates next week and can’t wait.

(Uh, and I'm working on getting my photos up soon-ish...jana)
