I believe they set up in a park on Univ, I couldn't tell you what park though. But as for a FnB Feeding for The Fest isn't looking too good since the people at our chapter haven't heard anything about a feeding or even a collective feeding, like we do sometimes down here in South Fla for events like the EF! rendezvous where we feed thousands of people breakfast, lunch, and Dinner which I figured northern FnB Chapters would collaborate and do something similar. (though this may be something to look into toward for next year, its not as much work as it really seems )
Feeding THOUSANDS would certainly be a lot of work. I don't honestly see the usual processes of FNB receiving food donations working, nor only their members doing it. So a collaborative would certainly be needed as well as monetary donations and volunteers.
I've had pretty negative experiences with FL FNB in the 90s myself. I really hope things have become more organized.
This is how a typical Gville FNB meeting/feeding would go: about 30 people would show up to say "I'm in FNB" and get scene points while only myself and maybe 4 others would actually collect the food, organize everyone, cook the food, and do the serving. Then those other 25 kids would show up at the serving and eat but not even socialize at all with the homeless. While I eat and talked with the homeless and did the cleanup. Really pissed me off so I stopped doing it.
I did FNB in Tampa too and we kept getting run off by the police every time we set up. it was really disappointing.
If you have FNB connections you may want to point out to them that their website info for Gville is outdated. It lists a different person and redirects to a dead website.

South Florida as a whole is extremely organized. Most of us participate in multiple cities, and also are participating in the Earth First Meetings, gatherings, and protests. Though we've never had 30 people at once in FnB. Our groups usually consists of about 20 active members but about 10 show up every week and others kinda rotate in and out maybe every other week.
