Will be adding these bands to the "Confirmed by the Fest" list right now!
Valient Thorr Nana Grizol Mild Winter Watson Coffee Project Blacksnake The Takers Witches Hot New Mexicans By The Horns The Damn Wrights Scum of the Earth Giuseppe Little Lungs Too Many Daves How Dare You Low Red Land Have Gun, Will Travel Get Bent Sorry No Ferrari Antarctic Nakatomi Plaza God Equals Genocide Former Humans Cortez The Killer Madison Bloodbath Steady State Last Ride In Assassinate The Scientist The Anchor After The Fall Nothing In The Dark Jawsome Parker Hastings Dark Castle The Unlovables Protagonist
PS - Edited to fix spelling errors. And there are several bands called After the Fall, it is this one:
http://www.myspace.com/afterthefall518
And for some reason I'm getting an invalid ID error at MySpace for Parker Hastings:
http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=33821298 But I think he is the same guy in the band Barnacles in Gville?

A word from the Fest about bands that applied:
Cam wrote: We tried to let everyone know what was up. If you have not heard by now, we're sorry to say that we're cut off and can't get any more bands on. There just isn't any more room. Here's a couple reasons why you might not have heard anything:
1. Sonicbids - we had a few bands left on standby that we were trying to find space for, but then it cut off our access to the notification system because the deadline had passed. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find space for those bands.
2. Your handwriting - a good handful of people who mailed in applications have terrible handwriting. Some of the email addresses that people wrote down could not be deciphered. We tried really hard to figure out what they said but a few kept bouncing back as the wrong address. So, um, sorry?
3. The postal service - with 700 applications coming in, I imagine that a couple got lost somewhere along the way, that's just how things go between being in the mail and riding around in trucks and stuff like that. It sucks, but what could we do?
So, sorry to all of the bands that we weren't able to find space for this year. We ended up getting right around 700 applications and only had space for about 40. The problem was that at least half the applications were good or great and there just wasn't enough space. Hopefully those of you that weren't able to get on the Fest will be able to find a house show to play and it will be awesome. I guess that's all. See ya in a few weeks!
So, I guess this means that the confirmed list is now close to final.

And always remember:

Things just aren't adding up right.
There are 274 on the "confirmed by the Fest" list here.
There are 269 bands on the daily schedule list on the Fest website.
There are 264 band profiles on the Fest website.
And I wasn't about to try to add up the bands on the actual schedule.
