I think alot of the overseasers are at the Comfort Inn right now
http://www.comfortinn.com/ires/en-US/ht ... mo=gglocal
I'm gonna try to stay at the official one if I can but I've booked a room at the Comfort Inn for the time being as a fail safe.
It's pretty cheap about $75 a night

Anyone have any other suggestions? I've been looking online for something close & I'm not coming up with much at all.

There's a Day's Inn which is pretty near the Comfort Inn, and much cheaper. Bit less classy, but it has a pool and free breakfast- what more ya want?

Listen to this guy as he knows what he's talking about! For some reason a whole load of the UK lot have booked into the Comfort Inn but the Days Inn is way cheaper and slightly closer and on the same street as the Comfort Inn. I stayed there 2 years ago for Fest and was perfectly happy with it. So much so I just this second booked 3 nights in there for the run up to Fest before I move to the Holiday Inn.
If you book through their website with a credit card they are doing an extra 15% off all rooms too!

The Days Inn is now picking up in numbers with UK people...I think if we keep going we're gonna out do the Comfort Inn revolution!

Is Days Inn the one that had the alligator last year? That was awesome! The security guard gave us a big lecture on the all the gators.
I kinda just liked the fact that loads of us will be staying in the same place so we can all hang out pre and post Fest, but Days Inn isn't very far from Comfort Inn so is still possible! Last year me and Adam bought shitloads of beer and had no one to share it with. We left most of it!

Quite possibly! The Days Inn is the one with the underground thing that goes under the main road. We saw all sorts of creatures in there at night at Fest 5. No Gators though.

Yeah, I think you're right, Kate, we went with Chillerton to find that alligator in the middle of the night one night. I think the burn was called Tumblin' Creek or something like that.

And they won't let Festers stay there
And if they suspect you are going to the Fest they will kick you out and give you hell, so be warned.
The gave me shit when I stayed there once when it wasn't even the Fest.
