Sounds like all my friends in High School. They'd shoot up heroine at school, smoke out, drop acid, drink shroom juice... anything. They didn't care about their life to say the least. On that note, I don't talk to anyone from HS.

Shroom juice? Now I've had 'shrooms and I've had juice, but . . .

When my friends and I started drinking, we decided we needed the most bang for our buck, so without knowing any better, I gave this 21 year-old guy I worked with $20 and told him to get me as much liquor as possible. He came back with two fifths of Everclear.

We thought it was funny that there were warning labels on the bottles, until we started vomiting black stuff and passing out and pissing ourselves. Then we thought it was hilarious. For a time, though, we'd buy a pint and cruise around in my '85 Buick, swigging from a bottle of "Rotgut" - Everclear mixed in a two-liter of Mountain Dew. And my friend Marty would sometimes spit fireballs with it, which was cool as hell.

Is Everclear and Mad Dog the same thing? I remember that name existed right around the same time and both being clear liquor we should have stayed the hell away from. May have been someething with the initial MD but we called in Mad Dog because that's how you started acting after drinking it.

And yeah, my friends boiled many a shroom to drink. I saw them try to get pretty creative with ways to eat it too. They'd boil it and mix it into kool-aid. And that would be exactly how I unknowingly drank shroom juice once too.

the MD in Mad Dog actually stands for Mogen David. It's Jewish wine! which is why it is so sweet.

Everclear is just pure grain alcohol. No intentional flavor at all, comes in two stregnths- 75% alc. and 95% alc. You cannot drink it by itself without severe side effects. Strictly a mixer.

i can't remember the first time i drank beer...probably some shit i stole from my parents. but, i remember the first time i got toe the fuck up. warm nightrain in a cup of ice. i was 14 and had my own apartment so i had to both clean up my first drinking mess by myself and deal with my first hangover all at once. good times.

Mad Dog is like synapse-blasting syrup-wine - it comes in special "Bling" flavors nowadays.

We had the 95% Everclear stuff - I don't want to be the jackass who's all like, "Whoo, I drank so much Chad, I totally ralphed on that pledge!" but seriously, I was like sixteen and had three shots of that shit and was totally plowed. I couldn't even picture doing that now, I'd surely die. I actually managed to drive home that night, too. Then I ran around my living room, in my boxers, with freshly-dyed green hair, talking to my dad about some political topic. Dangerous stuff, that Everclear.

I didn't start drinking drinking until I turned 18, and I also stopped getting hangovers when I turned 18. Good deal.

Wow, Alot of you started REALLY young damn. Myself, I'm a late bloomer I guess. I started when I was 18 and it was a New Years party. For my first drinks at this party there was a bartender, and my friends do this thing for everyone's first time drinking they have this guy make 7, absolutely amazing, shots, and after you down those 7 shots everything goes down hill pretty quickly. Now look at me, a alcoholic. I wish I never took those shots.

I don't know if it's because it's still before 9am, but... whaa?

Hahaha, No i've had a hangover, but I haven't had one in a few years.
