Cactus Jack! Dude Love! Mankind!
Some of my fav matches to watch are Cactus Jack and Terry Funk! Or swap someone out and throw Sabu in. My fav variations. This would be on DVD of course now. But yeah, pretty sure you can still catch Mick Foley live.

you sure can catch Cactus Jack live. not only catch him live but catch him live for FREE.
he's with the compnay TNA that's on Spike TV now that tapes their weekly show at Universal Studios in Orlando every few weeks or so. I'm not entirely sure if he's a wrestler or used in another capacity such as announcer which he has a brief past doing and he is funny as shit if any one has ever read his books, his color commentary is probably legendary anecdotes yet i've never had the chance to hear it.
i don't even pretend to be half as knowledgable as someone who keeps up with wrestling but if I had the time to do so I would skip WWE shit and check out promotions such as Ring of Honor (which is basically the remains of the ECW-Philly cult following and awesome actual wrestling, none of that soap opera shit on WWF/E and WCW back in the day)
so yeah even though I couldn't tell you where to start I'd definitely suggest Ring of Honor (ROH) or their Florida-based sister promotion Full Impact Pro (FIP) if you're into the cult following of A+ wrestling on a shoe string budget that ECW represented. And if you're more into the hardcore garabage brawling shit you could check out Combat Zone Wrestling which works with ROH once in a while.
or just do what I do when I'm on Youtube - watch Puroresu which is Japanese wrestling - it's influenced everything from ROH and ECW to backyard wrestling and even modern Mixed Martial Arts.

It is raining now.
Dory Funk Jr. has a wrestling school in Ocala. I have thought about going down there to see if it might be possible to have bands play at their facilities, but I have a feeling they'd want to have way more rules and money involved than I want for just a DIY punk show.

I was just WAITING for you to bring this up Philip...heh
I have been wanting to check out the Dory Funk Jr. Funking Conservatory for YEARS now. My dream date is to have dinner there and watch a match at the same time. Last I heard you had that option. You could reserve a private table next to the ring with plexiglass around it and have your meal right there! But every guy I date hates wrestling

Two of the properties say Funk on the mailboxes and never see them, I like to believe they are related.

from that link, it looks like the next events at the Conservatory are October 4th and 5th... odds are I'll have too much homework to finish up and shows I want to go to right around then, but I'd be willing to check out a match some time in the future.

I saw the Undertaker last year and while his mass is impressive that match was pretty boring.

I think I have seen that, yeah bad ass! I heart cage matches. I saw the first midget wrestling cage match event a while back in Orlando. Yes, I'm an odd girl. I ended up on the pay-per-view edition screaming my head off at the front of the audience with my best friend Eva.
